Our set stunt clinic package, focuses on everything from the basics through advanced stunts and transitions, with specific time spent on both pyramids and basket tosses. Limelight Spirit will work directly with every coach and advisor to create a stunt clinic package custom to the needs of their program.

The Limelight Spirit Consultants specialize in creating high school competition routines that are clean and collegiate in style. We spend one full day teaching the entire routine to your squad, making certain that skills are appropriate and that the routine is built to maximize your score sheet. Routine choreography includes all stunts, pyramids, baskets, dance, tumbling, motions and cheer, as well as complete original music with voiceovers and sound effects.

Our program development and spirit integration plan includes restructuring the cheer program and running pep rallies and other school events in a more efficient and exciting environment.

Along with training cheerleaders, The Limelight Spirit Consultants train coaches and advisors too. We start with the basics and move through all important aspects of high school cheerleading that a coach should be aware of when coaching. A spirit consultant will be there for you to answer all your questions and guide you to becoming a more knowledgeable and effective coach.

Proper stretching and conditioning are paramount to the success of any athletic team and cheerleading squads are no exception. The Spirit Consultants will create customized stretching and conditioning workouts that will help your cheerleaders properly stretch and condition their bodies to accomplish all goals safely.
